Prominent vegetal notes on the nose, restrained yellow fruit aromas, hint of mushrooms, mineral traces. Full-bodied, warm and creamy on the palate, elegant acidity, nutty notes, some butter and caramel, light tannins, mineral notes, very high alcohol, fairly persistent, floral notes, more prominent alcohol on a good to very good, slightly sweetish finish.

Editor note: Nutty and dried vegetal notes on the nose, ripe pomaceous fruit, dried flowers, light oak and earthy notes. Ripe, juicy fruit on the palate, light nutty oak, light herbaceous and floral traces, lively acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, lots of alcohol, light tannic touch, slightly restless, fairly persistent, some sugar candy in the background, salty traces, slightly rough, not quite in balance,some brown butter, delicate bitter touch, hint of sweetish fruit on a good, rather alcoholic finish. Slightly uncertain forecast.
