2015 Endingen Engelsberg Grauburgunder Spätlese trocken, Baden, Germany

Nose still slightly reductive, prominent vegetal notes, light nutty and earthy notes, restrained yellow fruit. Fruit also still restrained and rather closed on the palate, light smoky oak, prominent yeasty notes, elegant, lively acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, slightly astringent tannins, has not yet come together, but has substance and backbone, remains fairly cool in spite of the high alcohol, good to very good polished finish.
