Nutty, very delicately smoky and finely vegetal aroma with pome fruit accentuated yellow fruity aromas, a little bacon and a trace of soup herbs. Ripe, juicy fruit with nutty and slightly smoky spice, vegetal and herbal notes, some grip, fine acidity, good persistence and substance, mineral hints in the background, very good, juicy and finely spicy finish with very slightly sweet melting.
