Süßlich-herbe, ganz leicht gedeckte Frucht, pflanzliche, einen Hauch pilzige und erdige Noten, feine Säure, leichter Gerbstoff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, mineralische Anklänge, auch im Abgang etwas gedeckt und trocknend.
