Very lightly covered, somewhat dried-floral, nutty and slightly vegetable nose reminiscent of partly candied and partly preserved yellow fruits with nuances of chamomile and savoy cabbage. Very sweet fruit with slightly resinous aromas, some rock candy and again chamomile, lively acidity, sandy, very slightly drying tannin, certain sustainability, honey and citrus zest in the background, salty tones, good finish.
