Tart, somewhat muted, earthy, dried-vegetable and slightly smoky aroma of predominantly dark berries with peppery aromas and some cherries, undergrowth, Provence herbs and mushrooms. Ripe, partly preserved, ripe, juicy fruit with noticeable, smoky, bitterish, with air integrated wood spice and a lot of alcohol, dried herbs, pepper and juniper on the palate, some persistence, Mediterranean herbs, a bit rustic style, bacony and leathery tones, salt in the background, a bit drying, again alcoholic finish.
