Slightly developed, herbaceous-vegetable, somewhat floral and hinted yellow-spicy scent of partly candied citrus and stone fruit with a hint of gum and quite distinct minerality. Ripe, juicy, again a little developed, partly candied fruit, vegetable, earthy-mineral and very slightly yellow-spicy tones, petrol-like notes, good substance and persistence, has grip, certain warmth, very good, juicy and spicy finish, again with lots of candy and also minerality

Editor note: Translate to English Leicht nussiger und vegetabiler Duft nach reifen gelben Früchten mit etwas safranartiger gelber Würze, einem Hauch Pfeffer und erdigen bis mineralischen Noten. Reife, saftige, süße Frucht, fest gewirkt und wieder gelb-würzig, lebendige, feine Säure und recht präsenter, mürber Gerbstoff, eine Spur Rauch, nachhaltig, gute Substanz und viel Griff, im Hintergrund Mineralik, noch jung, gewisse Tiefe, hat Schmelz und relativ viel Kraft, kräuterige Nuancen, ein Hauch Kandis, sehr guter, saftiger, griffiger und leicht würziger Abgang. Legt mit Luft noch zu.
