Relatively cool, firm, slightly tobacco-like, nutty and vegetal scent of partly candied and partly preserved yellow fruits with a hint of wild herbs and a touch of saffron. Clear, firm fruit with moderate sweetness, a hint of melted butter, as well as nuances reminiscent of honey and Provençal herbs, fine acidity, has a grip of ripe tannin, good substance and sustainability, in the background tobacco and tea, rather dark minerality, very good finish with delicate plant bitterness.
