Tart nutty nose, partly dried vegetal notes, earthy and mineral notes, yellow and green fruit, hint of stinging nettle, floral traces. Ripe, juicy, sweetish fruit on the palate, vegetal and herbaceous notes, peppery spice, lively acidity, fine sandy tannins provide some grip, touch of smoky, nutty oak, some sugar candy in the background, full body, good substance, salty mineral notes in the background, rather unnecessarily sweet, hint of bacon and light nutty notes again, some grip on a very good, firm, sweetish finish.
