2015 Grauburgunder Reserve, Baden, Germany

Light nutty and smoky notes on the nose, prominent vegetal and herbaceous aromas, citrus and pomaceous fruit, hint of ashes, corn and mineral traces. Ripe, juicy, partly preserved and candied, fairly sweet fruit on the palate, light nutty, vanilla oak, buttery, creamy notes, elegant acidity, light tannic touch, good persistence, noticeable high alcohol, light salty notes in the background, tart spicy traces, hint of bacon, some more sweet corn, slightly astringent, hint of smoked bacon and more warm alcoholic notes on a good to very good finish with sweetish, creamy fruit.
