Golden yellow. Slightly muted, nutty, yeasty, vegetal and clearly yellow-spicy aroma with flavours of ripe yellow fruits. Ripe, juicy fruit, again with lots of yellow spice and quite fine vegetal flavours, some mustard pickle on the palate, relatively lively acidity and some grip, persistent, good substance, gooseberry notes, herbs and some smoky wood notes, minerality in the background, has power, some depth, very good, firm, juicy and spicy finish
