Firm, cool and rather restrained, slightly herbaceous-vegetable and hinted at yeasty fragrance with bright yellow-fruity aromas, nutty traces, a hint of tobacco and distinct minerality. Taut, tart, cool, polished, noble light fruit, fine, ripe acidity, grippy phenolic, persistent, slightly red berry in the background, clear, somewhat chalky minerality, herbal nuances, gains even more fresh, light juice with air, very good, firm, grippy finish with tart minerality, light juice and lots of pull.
