Deep and firm, multi-layered, cool, polished, slightly herbal, yeasty-nutty and intensely mineral bouquet with restrained yellow-fruity aromas, a hint of fennel, fine mushroomy nuances, mussel shells and floral nuances. Taut, tangy, bright, extremely noble fruit, chalky, salty and yeasty tones, lively, very fine acidity and grip of ripe, again extremely fine tannin, persistent, dense and yet only almost slender on the palate, beguiling juice, complex, concentrated and deep, some white pepper in the background, a hint of spring onion and kaffir lime, has freshness and at the same time an unbelievable inner calm, very firm structure, long, taut, tangy finish with noblesse, bite, grip and enormous persistence. Makes happy.
