2018 Westhofen Morstein Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Rheinhessen, Germany

Tart nose, light vegetal, herbaceous and floral notes, restrained, light yellow fruit, nutty notes and mineral traces. Firm, juicy fruit on the palate, prominent acid bite, noticeable, fairly fine tannins, herbaceous aromas, light mineral notes, prominent ripe tannins provide grip, yeasty notes, still reductive and slightlysulphurous, good depth, very prominent bite on a very good, firm finish.
