Very firm,cool, tart, deep nose, vegetal and yeasty notes, restrained yellow fruit, citrus zests, soup greens,, some root vegetables, noticeable phenolics, injtense mineral notes. Very firm and very concentrated tart juicy fruit on the palate, slightly dominated by citrus notes, yeasty aromas, soup greens, prominent salty mineral notes, persistent and concentrated, hint of ashes, ripe tannins provide firm grip, tremendous depth, still largely undeveloped, markedly firm, tart style, some red berries, sage, complex, yeasty notes on an elegant, juicy, grippy finish. Definitely needs time to mature.
