2016 Riesling trocken G-Max, Rheinhessen, Germany

Extremely deep, complex, firm, almost hard nose, yeasty and nutty aromas, vegetal and herbaceous notes, fairly restrained but elegant yellow fruit, peppery traces, massive spicy mineral notes. Polished, tart, tranquil, almosrt gentle and very elegant fruit on the palate, complexe, very elegant spicy mineral and vegetal notes, tremendously concentrated, but also elegant, slightly sweetish and creamy, but no residual sugar, more elegant vegetal traces, extemely fine tannins, provides additional backbone to the supple texture, deep and incredibly firm, slightly reminiscent of the really great wines of the Loire, but has its own character, nutty traces, enormous depth, but currently gives only a glimpse of what is to come, extremely deep retro-aromas, with a very, very long finish.
