2014 Westhofen Morstein Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Rheinhessen, Germany

Very cool, polished, somewhat herbaceous and intensely mineral nose with citrus aromas, yellow melons and fine tropical fruit notes. Pronounced juicy, taut, ripe fruit, a hint of exoticism, lively, very fine, ripe acidity and also some ripe, thereby highly fine tannin, dense and persistent on the palate, still very compact, lots of tannin grip, excellent depth, still barely developed, certain warmth, nutty tones, very good to long finish.
