Translate to English Zurückhaltende, sehr ruhige Nase mit gemüsigen Tönen, etwas eigenwilliger Würze, ganz zart nussigen Anklängen und einer Spur Kernobst. Zartfruchtig, leicht würzig und wieder etwas gemüsig im Mund, sehr feine, lebendige Säure und merkliche Kohlensäure, mineralische Noten im Hintergrund, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, ein Hauch Gerbstoff, wirkt noch ein wenig unruhig, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang.
