A somewhat fresh-plant-like to herbal, slightly reminiscent of tarragon stone fruit-citrus scent with yeasty traces. Firmly structured, sweet-bitter fruit with herbal-plant-like and nutty-yeasty tones, fine, quite lively acidity and some grip, stony mineral quality in the background, good sustainability, very good, quite juicy and again mineral finish with grip.
