Klar, feinsaftig und recht lebendig im Mund, feine Säure, mineralische und pflanzliche Töne, etwas trocknender Gerbstoff am Gaumen, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, relativ feste Struktur, zartherbe Anklänge, guter Abgang. Noch erstaunlich frisch.
