Relatively cool, slightly smoky, somewhat herbal to dried herb scent of partly candied yellow fruits with a hint of forest floor and root vegetables. Ripe, sweet citrus fruit with bitter phenolics, a touch of black berries, and nuances reminiscent of medicinal herbs, lively acidity, sandy tannins, some sustainability, salty and chalky notes, good to very good finish with a hint of Assam tea.
