2021 Kasel Nies'chen Riesling Kabinett feinherb, Mosel, Germany

Still slightly nutty and yeasty, in addition somewhat herbaceous, bacon and finely vegetal stone fruit nose with a hint of lime and mint. Straightforward, slightly candied fruit with nuances reminiscent of lime, present acidity, delicate grip, some persistence, hints of candy, salty and chalky tones, good to very good finish.
