Rather dark golden yellow. Somewhat developed, distinctly vegetable nose with dried yellow fruity and delicate floral aromas, a hint of smoke, almonds, and anise. Quite juicy, yet dry fruit, again distinctly vegetable aromas, a very slight spicy yellow seasoning on the palate, woody tones that become more pronounced with air, fine acidity and moderate grip, good sustainability, sweet melt in the background, smoky nuances, certain minerality, good to very good, slightly woody-drying finish.
