Tart nose, vegetal and light yeasty notes, prominent mineral notes, hint of capers. Firm, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, slightly muted by tannins, prominent mineral notes, yeasty notes, hint of bacon, floral traces, hint of black berries, fairly firm grip, tannins still slightly sandy, spicy and mineral notes on a very good, firm, juicy finish.
