Nutty and slightly ethereal-herbal scent with pome fruit accentuated yellow fruit aromas, mineral hints and a little pepper. Relatively cool, tart-juicy fruit, lively acidity, some tannin, good substance and persistence, minerality in the background, planty to herbal, again slightly ethereal notes, restrained, nutty and slightly tobacco wood notes, very good, quite firm finish
