Firm, nutty and somewhat dried vegetal aroma of partly candied and dried yellow fruits with floral tones and hints of yellow spice. Firmly knit, very sweet, partly dried and candied fruit, fine acidity, persistent and dense, some grip, good depth, some power, slightly creamy texture, spicy and mineral tones, firm, sweet, juicy and again spicy finish.
