Tart, slightly developed, vegetal scent with restrained, warm yellow fruity notes, mushroomy hints and some minerality. Tart, ripe, rather light fruit, clearly vegetal notes, certain acid bite, good persistence, light mineral tones, light grip, noticeable alcohol, herbal salt in the background, floral traces, very good, tart finish with bite and at the same time noticeable alcohol warmth again.

Editor note: Prominent vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, hint of iodine, surprisingly cool, light yellow fruit aromas, floral traces, mineral notes. Very full-bodied, tart fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal notes, delicate peppery spice, elegant acidity, noticeable tannic grip, slightly muted, noticeable high alcohol, earthy and mineral notes in the background, touch of root vegetables,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, hint of mint, nutty traces, some depth, very good finish.
