2015 Wachau Ried 1000-Eimerberg Neuburger Smaragd® trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Slightly nutty nose, ripe pomaceous fruit, elegant vegetal aromas, hint of tobacco, dried herbs, yellow bell peppers, hint of butter, prominent earthy and mineral notes. Very ripe, partly candied fruit on the palate, nutty aromas, sweetish and creamy, touch of yellow spice, fairly full-bodied, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, delicate buttery notes and some caramel, vegetal traces, hint of tobacco, earthy and slightly salty mineral notes in the background, good depth, more yellow spice, slightly sweet and creamy on a very good, complex finish.
