2015 Wachau Grüner Veltliner halbtrocken Elisabeth Selection, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Slightly sweetish nose, partly candied and preserved yellow fruit, vegetal aromas, hint of tobacco and some yellow spice, bay leaf, prominent earthy and mineral notes. Juicy, concentrated, delicately sweetish fruit on the palate, vegetal, herbaceous and light yeasty notes, delicate hint of tobacco, very elegant acidity, good substance and persistence, sugar candy, noticeable floral notes in the background, fairly prominent mineral notes, hint of bees wax and yellow spice, good depth, very good, long finish, Should mature very well, and may still improve.
