2013 Wachau Ried 1000-Eimerberg Neuburger Smaragd® trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Translate to English Herber, recht deutlich vegetabiler und leicht erdiger bis mineralischer Zitrus-Kernobstduft mit etwas Wacholder und vor allem Lorbeer sowie krautigen Nuancen. Reife Frucht im Mund, leicht vegetabile bis zart tabakige Würze, wieder viel Lorbeer, feine Säure, süßlicher Schmelz am Gaumen, mittlere Kraft und etwas Wärme, ausgezeichnete Substanz, nachhaltig, etwas Würze, leichter Gerbstoff-Griff, deutliche Mineralik im Hintergrund, getrocknet-vegetabile Töne, noch jung, aber schon zugänglich, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter bis langer Abgang.
