Translate to English Etwas vegetabiler und ein wenig karamelliger, auch recht speckiger Duft nach sehr reifen, teils getrockneten und kandierten gelben Früchten mit wachsigen Aromen, Gummi, deutlich Suppenkräutern, etwas Senfsaat, Pfeffer sowie floralen und mineralischen Tönen. Kräftig, dicht und saftig im Mund, recht herbe, dabei hochreife Frucht, kräuterige Nuancen, wieder etwas Wachs und florale Töne, feine, relativ lebendige Säure, noch jung, im Hintergrund mineralisch, etwas Würzig, viel Kraft, aber auch Stoff und feinen Biss, gute Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang.
