Relatively cool, firm, slightly nutty and vegetable to dried herb-like core and stone fruit aroma with nuances reminiscent of lemon fillets, verbena, and flowers. Polished, juicy, firm fruit with a hint of ethereal quality, a bit of citrus zest and herb-nutty undertones, vibrant acidity, crumbly-sandy tannins, good substance and sustainability, chalky minerality, also a bit of salt, background oak wood, anise tones, certain depth, hinted white flowers, and still noticeable phenolics in the very good, cool finish.
