Cool, delicately fresh and vegetal fragrance with light, citrusy yellow fruity aromas and floral traces. Tart in the mouth, still slightly covered and yeasty, very light fruit with planty notes and chalky-salty minerality, lively acidity, certain persistence, tart citrus aromas, lots of bite, still rather inaccessible, good to very good finish
