Tart, dark fruit in the mouth, dried herbs, pepper, smoke, salt and juniper, fine sandy, still slightly drying tannin, good persistence, dried-vegetable hints, moderate wood, still undeveloped and a little brittle, gains juice and depth with plenty of air and only slowly shows what it is made of on the third day, very good, firm, tangy and salty finish. Needs to mature.
