Polished, quite deep aroma of partly preserved and candied black berries with hints of cherry, a hint of liquorice as well as floral and herbal nuances. Tart, dark, again polished fruit, fine, youthful tannin and some bite, bitterish, slightly smoky and clearly reminiscent of coffee grounds, salt in the background, still undeveloped, gains juice and freshness with air, a hint of pepper, very good, tart finish.
