Firm, juicy, tart yellow fruit on the palate, yeastym herbaceous and light spicy aromas, very elegant acidity, light grip, concentrated and persistent, deep and complex, full-bodied, fairly prominent chalky and salty mineral notes, hint of dark berries in the background, prominent mineral notes, tart herbs and light peppery notes on a very good, firm, juicy finish.
