Vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, hint of bacon, prominent yeasty and mineral notes, yellow fruit aromas, touch of mustard cucumbers. Ripe, firm, juicy, veryslightly sweetish fruit on the palate, elegant vegetal aromas, touch of mustard cucumber again, nutty and yeasty traces, lively acidity, good substance and persistence, still young, slightly creamy, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, good depth, prominent mineral notes, delicate peppery spice on a very good, firm, but also creamy, ripe and juicy finish.
