2016 Sekt g.U. Brut Nature Große Reserve, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Cool, bright, yeasty and clearly planty to slightly herbal citrus pome fruit nose with floral traces. Clear, again cool and very bright, tart, juicy, youthful fruit with planty to herbaceous aromas, lively, fine mousseux, some grip, good persistence, yeasty aromas, mineral hints, tight construction, smoky traces, quite elegant, very good, firm finish with fine, cool juice, floral nuances and bite.
