Clear, polished nose, citrus, pomaceous and peach fruit, elegant herbaceous notes, prominent mineral notes, floral traces. Elegant, juicy, fairly polished, tart, cool fruit on the palate, lively, elegant acidity, herbaceous and delicate light floral aromas, persistent, still slightly yeasty, noticeable salty mineral notes and a hint of caraway seed in the background, reined-in power, has some depth, fairly firm structure, quite an elegant style,some bite, more mineral notes on a very good, firm, tart, elegant, juicy finish.
