Light yeasty and vegetal notes on the nose, restrained yellow fruit aromas, light herbaceous notes, hint of tobacco. Tart, restrained fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal and light yeastynotes, fairly fine mousse, noticeable acid bite, good persistence, some grip, hint of mushrooms in the background, good to very good finish.
