Fairly firm nose, ripe pomaceous fruit, prominent honeydew melon, prominent mineral notes, herbs and spices. Ripe, juicy, sweetish fruit on the palate, more prominent herbaceous notes, light peppery spice, elegant acidity, very creamy, full-bodied, noticeable alcohol, good persistence, has some depth, slightly sweetish again on a very good finish.
