2007 Kamptal Ried Loiserberg Grüner Veltliner trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Cool, youthful nose, very polished, preserved berries, some honeydew melon and citrus fruit, herbs and peppery spice. Clean and straightforward style, quite juicy fruit on the palate, prominent herbs, tobacco and pepper, very elegant, playful acidity, firm structure, nutty traces, very good persistence, fairly deep, still quite youthful, light tannic touch, good long finish. Needs time to mature.
