Translate to English Herber, fester, deutlich vegetabiler Duft mit verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Aromen, etwas Suppenkräutern, intensiver, leicht erdiger Mineralik sowie ein wenig Pfeffer. Sehr reife, cremige, süßliche Frucht, dicht und saftig, sehr feine Säure, etwas Honig am Gaumen, vegetabile Aromen, Kandis und ein hauch Pfeffer, deutliche Mineralik, viel Stoff und Kraft, gewisse Tiefe, tabakige Nuancen im Hintergrund, ganz leicht gewürzig, gewisse Alkoholwärme, sehr guter, süßlich-schmelziger und karamelliger Abgang. Sollte sich weiter gut halten, hat aber etwas an Spannung verloren.

Editor note: Deep, complex nose, extremely ripe pomaceous fruit, citrus fruit and honeydew melon, herbs and intense mineral notes. Incredibly juicy on the palate, very slightly sweet, extremely elegant, lively acidity, refreshin sweetish herbaceous aromas, promounced mineral bite, full-bodied and yet lively, very creamy, persistent and very deep on the palate, complex, totally clean and puire, excellent balance, very long finish.
