Cool, somewhat vegetal to herbal and slightly floral citrus nose with peach notes and yeasty hints. Lean fruit with moderate sweetness and lively acidity, yeasty notes, some grip, some persistence, slightly floral and herbal on the palate, light mineral tones, good, almost tart finish
