Clear, cool and polished nose of bright yellow fruits with floral as well as delicate waxy and herbal notes. Clear, bright, rather juicy fruit, integrated sweetness and fine, quite lively acidity, persistent on the palate, somewhat yeasty and floral, minerality in the background, animating freshness, delicate melting, very good, juicy and finely spicy finish with grip.
