2019 Würzburg Stein Riesling VDP.Erste Lage trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Rather tart, slightly dried vegetable to herbaceous and a hint of peppery nose with yellow fruity and clearly mineral notes. Ripe, dry, firm fruit, planty to herbaceous, yeasty and intensely mineral notes, noticeable tannin grip, good substance and persistence, still a little rough, good to very good, tart, somewhat drying finish. Still needs to mature
