Firm, somewhat nutty, earthy and a hint of smoky fragrance with tart yellow-fruity aromas, floral nuances and clear minerality. Clear, finely juicy, bone-dry fruit, nutty and a little dried vegetable to tobacco aromas, very fine acidity, some grip, good persistence and substance, again clear minerality, smoky nuances, compact structure, very good, again nutty and mineral finish with a hint of pepper
