Rather firm, finely vegetal and also mineral fragrance with restrained, light yellow-fruity notes. Clear, tangy-juicy, again light fruit, very fine acidity and some grip, yeasty notes, chalky-salty minerality, persistent, firm structure, good depth, has cut, still young, very good, tangy-juicy, a bit yeasty and again very mineral finish with white-peppery traces
