Deep and quite complex, somewhat yeasty, rooty and dried-vegetable to tobacco nose with restrained yellow-fruity aromas, a little light wood as well as floral and mineral hints. Ripe, melting, somewhat buttery fruit with light, somewhat candied-nutty wood spice, very fine acidity, moderate grip of crumbly tannin, certain power and warmth, good persistence, toasty traces, a touch of pepper, increasingly also salty minerality, very good, somewhat warm, again quite spicy finish that gains in juiciness with air.
