2019 Iphofen Julius-Echter-Berg Silvaner Grosses Gewächs trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Bright, firm, herbal, slightly floral, delicately yeasty and fennel-like aroma with yellow fruity aromas, a little yellow spice, celery and light nutty tones. Ripe, warm, quite dense fruit with nutty and caramel aromas, fine acidity, crumbly, sandy, a little drying tannin, light wood, a lot of power and some warmth, distinct minerality, clearly spicy tones, slightly noticeable alcohol, very good, tart, grippy and mineral finish with aromatic-smoky nuances.
